This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will play a key part in keeping the team running smoothly while delivering high-quality support.The role:You will provide dedicated administrative and organisational support to fee earners, ensuring work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to a consistently high standard.Key responsibilities include:Managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel.Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, correspondence, and court bundles.Maintaining and organising case files, ensuring accurate electronic filing and compliance with internal systems.Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and colleagues, handling queries with discretion.Supporting multiple fee earners, prioritising workloads and meeting tight deadlines.Assisting with matter management and billing processes.About you:Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, or in a similar role within a legal or professional services environment.Strong communication skills and a professional, confidential approach.Highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy and changing workload.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office (experience with legal systems is beneficial).This is a great opportunity to join a ..... full job details .....
