Assist in the onboarding of subcontractors, ensuring all required compliance documents are received and verified. Monitor key certification and insurance expiry dates, issuing reminders and coordinating renewals. Support internal audits by collating and preparing all necessary documentation. Liaise with site teams and senior management to ensure company procedures are understood and adhered to. Track and update records for health and safety, training, and workforce compliance. Contribute to continuous improvement of compliance systems and workflows.Person Specification Prior administration experience, ideally within construction or a similarly regulated environment.
