This position is full-time and based in our central London office. The role is offered on a temporary contract basis initially but with the potential for the role to be permanent. The RoleIn this role you will be work alongside our Compliance Manager to ensure teachers and support staff recruited by Philosophy Education have undergone all safer recruitment checks and are compliant to work in schools.Duties and Responsibilities include:Checking all documents supplied by candidates at registrationRDB Database and Access background screening administrationReference chasingRight to work checksDBS checks and administrationBarred list checksPreparing compliance paperwork for schoolsOngoing update checksPreparing new starters for payrollDocument formattingGeneral administration and office dutiesWhilst we are keen to receive applications from candidates with previous experience in compliance and/or recruitment, we are also able to offer training to an exceptional candidate who can demonstrate the following key skills: Essential qualities for the Compliance ..... full job details .....
