Interim Finance Manager 12 Month FTC Up to £60k + Benefits Hybrid or Remote An established and fast growing Surrey based business is looking to appoint an experienced Interim Finance Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role can be worked on a hybrid or fully remote basis, offering flexibility alongside an interesting and varied senior Finance position. This is a hands on role, initially focused on taking ownership of the management accounts function during a period of maternity cover, while also having the opportunity to improve processes, reporting and automation across the wider Finance team. The role will include: Preparing monthly management accounts, journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations Producing management accounts packs with meaningful analysis and commentary Investigating and resolving historic balance sheet reconciliation issues Business partnering with senior stakeholders across the business Supporting budgets, forecasts, audit and tax requirements Identifying opportunities to improve processes and introduce automation Supporting KPI reporting and wider Finance projects We''re looking for someone who: Has strong senior management accounts experience Is qualified or part qualified ACCA, CIMA or similar Is comfortable working in a multi currency environment Has strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs and pivot tables Can manage large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy Is confident challenging existing processes and ..... full job details .....
