The ideal candidate will also possess strong English language skills to report findings and liaise with our international team. You will be responsible for facilitating qualitative research interviews that help our clients gain key market, customer, and industry insights.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth phone interviews with business professionals in GermanUnderstand project objectives and develop rapport with interviewees to yield meaningful insightsFollow interview guides/questionnaires and accurately capture key findingsTranscribe interviews and deliver insights for further analysisCoordinate interview scheduling and communications professionallyEnsure compliance with data protection and interviewee confidentiality regulationsRequirements:Native or C2-level German language skills (oral and written)Excellent spoken and written EnglishPrior experience in conducting B2B or market research interviews is necessaryUnderstanding of business concepts and terminologyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHighly organized, reliable, and able to work independentlyComfortable with remote work tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)Able to commit to flexible hours, depending on interviewee availabilityWhat We Offer:Exposure to leading business sectors and professionalsPotential for long-term collaboration on our Fund Buyer Focus projectHow to Apply:Please submit your CV (in English or German) and a brief cover letter detailing relevant experience.
