Membership Administrator (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and committed individual to join our Customer Services Team at Head Office (based at Yate Active Lifestyle Centre) in the role of Membership Administrator.Responsibilities
Carry out administration linked to customer memberships and swimming lessonsHelp to retain existing membersDeal with customer complaints and issues as necessaryCreate reportsEnsure consistency and accuracy across the membership databases and associated administrationWork closely with the contact centre, finance team and other company departments on the administration and accuracy of the membership database and proceduresRequirements / Qualifications
Have a minimum of 3 GCSEs including Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent)Have experience of administrative work and good keyboard skillsHave experience of drafting letters and emailsHave significant experience of using computer systems, in particular membership databases, Word and ExcelHave good numeric skillsContract
