Membership Administrator (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and committed individual to join our Customer Services Team at Head Office (based at Yate Active Lifestyle Centre) in the role of Membership Administrator.
Responsibilities
Carry out administration linked to customer memberships and swimming lessons
Help to retain existing members
Deal with customer complaints and issues as necessary
Create reports
Ensure consistency and accuracy across the membership databases and associated administration
Work closely with the contact centre, finance team and other company departments on the administration and accuracy of the membership database and procedures
Qualifications
Have a minimum of 3 GCSEs including Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
Have experience of administrative work and good keyboard skills
Have experience of drafting letters and emails
Have significant experience of using computer systems, in particular membership databases, Word and Excel
Have good numeric skills
