The postholder will work collaboratively with the school''s Senior Leadership Team and the Regional Clinical Lead. The role will be split between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs (autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, SEMH). Meeting EHCP needs via OFG’s clinical approaches (all, group, and individual) will be a primary focus. They will coordinate line management of the onsite clinical team and lead on the service development of the school-based clinical service in collaboration with the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.Our clinical teams maintain a person-centred, safeguarding-focused approach, aiming for excellence as a leading service provider in the UK. Recognised degree in Occupational TherapyValid and up-to-date professional registration and membership of a professional body (e.g., BPS)Experience with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needsClear and concise clinical and research report writingExperience providing supervision and supporting a therapy teamAbility to work independently and within a growing clinical serviceExperience of multi-professional work within the designated specialty (preferred)Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicleWhy Work for Us?Benefits include a flexible benefits package and access to health and wellbeing support.
