Overview

Lead Clinician role at TieTalent.The position is based at Woodside Park – Penge, London SE20 8QU. Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 FTE, DOE. Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am–4:30pm. Contract: Permanent (term time only, or flexibility around full-time contract can be discussed based on personal circumstances).Outcomes First Group is the leading provider of world-class education with multiple schools and services across the UK. The role

We are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team at Woodside Park School. The postholder will combine clinical leadership with a therapy caseload, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils who may present with complex profiles of need related to autism, neurodivergence, development trauma, and SEMH needs. The role focuses on EHCP-driven targets via the OFG all/group/individual clinical approaches and includes line management and service development of the school-based clinical service in collaboration with the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.Our Clinical Teams maintain a person-centred, safeguarding-focused approach, aiming to improve outcomes and independence for pupils in a supportive setting.

Essential Criteria

Recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, PsychotherapyValid and up-to-date registration and membership of a professional body (e.g., BPS)Experience with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needsClear and concise report writing related to clinical and research activitiesExperience supervising and supporting a therapy teamAbility to work independentlyAbility to work dynamically within a growing and developing clinical serviceExperience of multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty (preferred)
