Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent). Minimum of 5 years experience in process and project management, ideally in an international context. Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of process and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean). Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Teams, Planner). Excellent change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
