We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer with experience and knowledge of mechanical, plumbing and general building services to join this leading provider of specialist building maintenance services and carry out PPM service and repair works across the London area.

About the role and responsibilitiesAs a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer, you will provide PPM services and repair works to a client portfolio across the London area and your responsibilities will include:Undertake planned preventative maintenance, servicing and repair works across various contracts in accordance with relevant legislationRegularly and effectively communicate with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors in order to maintain and develop excellent relationships and ensure smooth operation of the businessLiaise with internal helpdesk and administration teams to create a collaborative and successful support functionAttend to call outs during normal working hours and in addition will be part of the out-of-hours emergency call out rotaOrganise your work and time efficiently and work supportively within a teamPunctual site attendance, well-presented wearing relevant PPE and clothing issuedCompleting and submitting clear, concise and accurate reporting for works carried out and any further work requiredBe in regular communications with the Contracts Managers on the relevant job progressionsAbout youThe role of Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer requires travel to various sites around London and the South East England area so you must live within commuting distance of this area and must be / have:Sound knowledge of MandE building servicesSound knowledge of HVAC plant ie A/C, Boilers, Controls, Heating and cooling systems, ventilationGood understanding of L8Understanding of safe working on electricsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oralFull UK driving licenceIntermediate/Advanced PC Skills – Word, Excel, OutlookTrained in HandSTime served mechanical/maintenance engineer (apprenticeship)Minimum City and Guilds in Mechanical engineering or equivalent relevant experienceGood organisational skills and self-motivatedThe ability to work on your own or as part of a team and make calculated assessments of breakdownsAbout the RewardsFor the position of Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer you will receive:A competitive salary of £36,000 to £40,000 per annum depending on experienceCompany VanTablet and phone providedCompany pensionFuel Card providedIndividual recognition schemes with rewardsPlease note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
