Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and responding to day-to-day staff HR enquiriesSupporting managers with employee relations matters from end-to-endManaging the full recruitment cycle, including:Drafting job advertsShortlisting and interview coordinationLiaising with recruitment agenciesIssuing offer letters and contractsCoordinating onboarding and induction processes for new startersSupporting HR administration and compliance within the education sectorAssisting with absence management, probation reviews, and policy guidanceMaintaining accurate employee records and HR systemsProviding general HR Business Partner support to leadership teams About YouThe successful candidate will have:Previous HR Manager or HRBP experienceExperience working within a busy education or public sector environment (desirable)Strong knowledge of employee relations processes from end-to-endExperience managing recruitment and onboarding activitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to work independently and manage a varied workloadCIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred If you are an ..... full job details .....
