As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be the primary commercial contact on site, working closely with the Commercial Manager and Project Manager to ensure optimal financial performance and strong stakeholder relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial ManagementManage main contract commercial matters including variations, valuations, and dispute resolutionConduct on-site measures and maintain Causeway and client works order management systemsCompile and submit AFPs, track certification and payment of accountsPrepare monthly CVR reports and forecasts with the senior teamSub-Contract ManagementProcure, manage and negotiate with subcontractorsProcess subcontractor payments and ensure compliance with all conditionsResolve disputes and maintain positive supply chain relationshipsFinancial Control and ReportingCheck transaction reports and ensure accurate cost allocationManage accruals, reconciliations, and WIP reportingComplete and submit contract KPIs and client financial reportsAuthorise purchase ledger invoices and ensure proper cost ..... full job details .....
