Role Purpose To provide 1st and 2nd line IT support and ensure that end users are receiving timely assistance and solutions on time. You will be supporting both office and remote field end users either face to face or via phone call, email, and remote control. You will assist on a range of IT projects, system audits, network monitoring and security checks. This role would be suitable for a recent graduate with IT background knowledge from school or college OR someone with 1-2 years of experience working in IT support. Key tasks and responsibilities Install and set up new computers for new starters following IT procedures. Maintain and upgrade desktops, laptops, mobiles, and tablets as per IT guidelines. Set up and maintain printers, hotspot routers, access points, and other IT devices. Support and troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
