Due to continued growth, the organisation is seeking a Funding and Commercial Business Partner, based in Leatherhead. Job DescriptionThe Sustainable Funding Partner will support the financial sustainability of homes by reviewing existing fee structures, validating commissioned hours, and producing accurate costings. You will identify funding gaps and work collaboratively with internal teams and external funders to secure fair and sustainable fees. Requirements:Proven experience supporting fee negotiations Advanced Excel skills and confidence with data tracking tools. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Clear, professional, written, and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
