Business Development Manager

Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire and security systems, with a focus on new business sales. This role will involve promoting and selling CCTV, access control, intruder, and life safety systems, with a balance of 80% maintenance contracts and 20% projects.Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fire and security sectorBuild and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clientsLead the sales process from prospecting to closing dealsCollaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful delivery of projectsAct as a subject matter expert, providing advice and solutions to clientsMeet and exceed sales targets and KPIsKeep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions Qualifications Proven experience in business development within the fire and security industryStrong knowledge of CCTV, access control, intruder, and life safety systemsDemonstrated success in new business sales and account managementExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA proactive and results-oriented mindsetKnowledge of relevant regulations and standards is a plus Day-to-day Researching and identifying potential clients and opportunitiesBuilding and nurturing relationships with key stakeholdersConducting sales presentations and product ..... full job details .....
