This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a niche milling operation - the only one of its kind in the area - offering excellent training, long-term stability, and genuine progression into senior engineering roles. You''ll be joining a close-knit engineering team, currently 2 engineers strong, with plans to grow to 5+ engineers within the next 6-12 months, creating clear development pathways into leadership positions. Key Responsibilities Planned and reactive maintenance across food production machinery Reducing breakdowns through continuous improvement and proactive maintenance Machinery installations and project work Working on: Separators, grinders, conveyors, elevators, washers, rollers, baggers AC/DC motors, PLC-controlled equipment (Siemens), sensors, relays Belts, chains, bearings, gearboxes ? What We''re Looking For Time-served or apprentice-trained engineer Minimum 3 years'' hands-on engineering experience Electrical role: 17th or 18th Edition qualification required Food/FMCG manufacturing background preferred (but not essential) Strong fault-finding ability and proactive mindset ?
