We are looking for a

Senior Digital Trade Analyst

to harness the digital data we collect, and to develop tangible insights that help identify opportunities to grow both engagement and revenue for the Club.Your day-to-day

Digital trading

– you''ll oversee daily execution and performance of our websites and app, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with commercial goalsTeam collaboration

– you will work closely with the wider team to maximise digital engagement and unlock commercial opportunitiesChannel analysis

– you''ll monitor engagement across digital channels, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive revenue and profitPerformance reporting

– you will create and manage regular reporting suites to provide commercial teams with accurate, actionable performance dataUX insights

– you''ll analyse key user experience trends to ensure a smooth and intuitive supporter journey across all digital platformsSupporter journey

– you will track and evaluate supporter interactions across digital touchpoints, identifying efficiencies and areas for improvementAttribution strategy

– you''ll oversee Arsenal''s digital attribution model to ensure traffic and revenue sources are assessed from a full-funnel perspectiveAnalytics leadership

– you will act as the commercial team’s subject matter expert for digital analytics, owning reporting tools and driving a data-led approachWhat we are looking for

Digital analytics experience

– you will bring proven experience in digital analytics and insights, applying data to drive strategic decisions and optimise performanceStakeholder management

– you''ll communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing outcomes and building strong relationshipsData storytelling

– you will translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that inform and inspire actionCritical thinking
