Location: Hybrid and Didsbury, ManchesterSalary: up to £55,482Hours: Full time 35 hours per weekContract: Fixed Term 12 months (maternity cover). Agile working with 3 days per week in the Office (training period may be fully office-based).Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of facilities management services across housing stock, offices, and community buildings to ensure buildings are safe, well-maintained and compliant with health and safety standards.Lead a team and manage a mix of in-house and external contractors; ensure planned and reactive maintenance is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.Manage budget planning, supplier performance, and regular engagement with tenants and stakeholders to ensure services are responsive and transparent.Qualifications and experience

Strong track record in managing property services across diverse portfolios, with strategic thinking, organisation and leadership skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities; comfortable working with teams and external partners.Professional qualifications in facilities management and experience delivering high-quality services in a housing or public sector setting preferred.Benefits and terms
