This is an excellent opportunity for a professional Paint Technician who is confident working with water-based paints and has extensive hands-on experience within a car painting environment.Key Responsibilities for a Panel Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician: Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking and priming surfacesAccurately mix paints to match manufacturer colours and apply using spray gunsDeliver a smooth, high-quality finish free from runs, sags or imperfectionsCarry out touch-ups and final finishing work where requiredMaintain and clean all spray equipment, ensuring a safe and tidy working environmentComply with all health, safety and environmental regulationsInspect completed work to ensure it meets industry standards and customer expectationsWork collaboratively with the wider team to maintain an efficient workflow and high-quality results Experience and Requirements of a Panel Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician: Proven experience producing high-quality paintwork from start to finishStrong knowledge and hands-on experience using water-based paint systemsA stable employment history as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Paint TechnicianCity and Guilds qualification or equivalent ATA accreditationUp-to-date knowledge of ..... full job details .....
