ARM are working with a leading automotive company to recruit Paint Sprayers for their high-performance sport division. Initial 3-month contract Core hours £32 p/hour Umbrella Inside IR35 Key Responsibilities Carry out assigned tasks to support the quality, cost, and productivity of vehicle production.Attend the workplace on a regular and punctual basis, informing the team leader of any lateness or unplanned absence in a timely manner.Maintain a clean, tidy, and orderly work area in line with brand and workplace standards.Present a neat and professional appearance, wearing the uniform or clothing provided.Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others, actively participating in safety activities as required.Take part in continuous improvement initiatives.Adhere to company values and contribute positively to the growth and reputation of the automotive brand. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Previous automotive paint spraying experienceComposite lay-up and repairVehicle diagnosticsMechanical vehicle repairBare metal repairExperience working as part of a team is desirable.Experience working to defined timescales would be beneficial.Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
