Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in the London Borough of Harrow from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity to support students aged, working alongside experienced teachers to help pupils reach their full potential. The successful candidate will provide classroom support, deliver targeted interventions, and work with students on a one-to-one or small-group basis, including those with additional learning needs.

• Start Date: September 2026
• Contract: Full-time, long-term
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
• Pay: Competitive daily rate, dependent on experience

• Support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Work with students individually and in small groups to improve attainment and confidence.
• Provide classroom support across a range of curriculum subjects.
• Support students with SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs.
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral staff, and the SEND team to provide high-quality support.

• Previous experience working with secondary-aged students is desirable.
• A passion for supporting young people in their education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.
