We are seeking a high-caliber PTS Site Engineer to join a major rail infrastructure project delivered by a Tier 1 Principal Contractor. In this role, you will lead on-site civil engineering activities, manage quality compliance, and drive rigorous standards across network assets. Note: This position has been determined as Inside IR35. Key Responsibilities Site Supervision and Principal Contractor Liaison: Oversee day-to-day civil engineering activities on site, ensuring full compliance with design specifications, Network Rail standards, and Principal Contractor safety frameworks. Quality and Assurance Compliance: Lead the preparation, implementation, and sign-off of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Asset Management Plans (AMPs). Commercial and Material Take-Offs: Perform accurate material take-offs, manage procurement requisitions, and track material utilization to minimize waste. Technical Documentation: Produce, review, and maintain technical submittals, task briefs, work package plans (WPPs), and quality assurance records.
