Group HR Manager

A thriving, independently owned SME Group based in Bristol, expanding both organically and through acquisitions, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on Group HR Manager to join their team and work across their Bristol sites.Group HR Manager Role: This crucial position encompasses all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, training, engagement, welfare, performance management, and communications. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be a confident communicator with a strong commercial mindset, acting as a trusted advisor to the senior management team.Contracted Hours: 37 hours per week, with a 12:30 pm finish on FridaysResponsibilities of Group HR Manager:Provide first-line support, training, and advice to managers on employee performance and legal mattersReview and develop the Group''s benefits offering in collaboration with the senior teamDesign and review performance management processes, manage and retain talent, and plan for successionDevelop skills matrices and training plans to support employee developmentManage training suppliers, organise training events, and support and advise managers and employeesContinuously monitor and improve HR policies and processes, implementing changes as necessaryManage and support the recruitment process, including adverts, selection, interviews, and offer documentationParticipate in apprentice recruitment and developmentExperience, Attributes and Skills for Group HR Manager:Preferably ..... full job details .....
