Job description Job Summary The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in providing effective, consistent, and proactive HR support across all areas of human resources, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, and development. This role involves advising managers and employees on HR policies and best practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and a positive workplace environment Employee Relations: Provide advice and guidance on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by addressing and resolving employee concerns. Assist in the investigation of employee complaints and suggest appropriate resolutions. Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing job offers. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including coordination of training sessions. Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, including working with Managers to coordinate performance reviews to include goal setting, and feedback processes. Provide support to managers on handling performance issues and improving employee performance.
