We''re also already backed by some of the most prominent food and bev investors in Europe, and have very ambitious goals of building a truly category-defining brand over the next few years!The RoleWe''re looking for a commercially sharp, strategically minded Finance Manager to take full ownership of our day-to-day financial operations, reporting and planning.This is a pivotal hire at a critical point in our journey. You''ll work directly with the Founder, Managing Director and fractional CFO — acting as the finance engine of the business and helping us scale with confidence and clarity.What You''ll OwnReporting and ForecastingBuild and own monthly management accounts, board packs, and forecastsRun budgeting processes and maintain visibility across PandL, balance sheet and cashflowCommercial Finance and StrategyTrack and analyse key KPIs like CAC, LTV, AOV, COGS and payback periodsSupport key decision-making with sharp financial insights and scenario modellingCash and Cost ControlHelp manage cash and margin performanceOversee inventory management and cash conversion cycle optimisationWork with the Founder/MD and fractional CFO to model different growth and expansion scenariosDay-to-day cash flow forecasting and managing accounts receivable and payablesInvestor Reporting and FundraisingSupport with board prep, investor updates and future raise materialsWork closely with the CFO on strategic forward planningFinance Operations and SystemsOwn financial processes and controls across bookkeeping, payroll, VAT and taxLiaise with external accountants and ensure compliance across all functionsWhat We''re Looking ForWe''re looking for someone ambitious, analytical and deeply commercial.
