Are you available at short notice?We''re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a well-established organisation in Chippenham, managing key client relationships, maximising account potential and ensuring consistently high service standards.Working closely with the Account Director, you''ll take ownership of client relationships, ensuring accounts run smoothly while identifying opportunities for growth. The Role:Building strong client relationships and acting as the main point of contact for queries and issuesLeading client meetings and quarterly reviews, ensuring actions are followed throughMonitoring service performance and working with internal teams to resolve issuesIdentifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase revenueManaging client pricing, billing, invoicing and commercial documentationMaintaining accurate forecasts, trackers and account performance reportsWorking with colleagues to improve processes and enhance the client experience About You:Experience in account management, client services or a similar customer-facing roleExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong attention to detail, particularly around financial processes and reportingConfidence managing client expectations and resolving problemsThe ..... full job details .....
