The role:Global Talent 2020 are proudly working with our exciting rapidly growing Restaurant and Bars client as they look to recruit for an enthusiastic Junior Relief Sous Chef to assist in providing relief cover for their Kitchen operations on the West Coast of Scotland.You will be part of a dedicated relief team helping with implementation of menus, consistency of services, assisting the varied brigades at multiple venues, in this fast-growing successful award-winning business.The person:Our ambitiously growing client at Global Talent 2020, is looking for a future Sous Chef, and someone looking to grow their career over time with the companys growth over the next few years. Someone who will help harness the talent of the brigade, with the guidance of the senior chefs, andutilise the brand-new fantastic kitchen facilities across the business to provide memorable popular food experiences for its customers.Ideally, our client is looking for a Senior CDP or experienced CDP, looking to step up into a Junior Relief Sous Chef relief opportunity. The ideal candidate must have had prior experience of producing fresh quality food, to a minimum 1 rosette culinary level standard. Experience of a volume restaurant or similar would be highly advantageous. You will need to be highly approachable as you will be interacting with other senior department heads, varied team members, and with all levels of the companys operational teams. You will be delivering popular fresh menu classics, and themed dishes across the business East coast estate of quality venues.Our client is looking for someone that is keen to train, and develop themselves, while assisting in evolving the sites food services, and sites food consistency. You will be used to delivering consistent food experiences for customers and possess on-going ambition to be part of our clients business continued expansion on the West Coast.As the Junior Relief Sous Chef, you must also be someone that not only has all-round culinary abilities, but someone that also is an effective supervisor of the kitchen environment and all sections in the kitchens.
