We are looking for an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to join the team, responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of high-quality commercial office fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office fit-out, with proven experience delivering both CAT A and CAT B projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, to a high standard of quality, and in line with the project requirements. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site operatives and suppliers. Plan and coordinate site activities to ensure projects remain on programme. Manage CAT A and CAT B commercial office fit-out projects. Coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors across all stages of the fit-out. Ensure all works are completed to the required quality standards and specification. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager / Contracts Manager. Review drawings, specifications and programmes, identifying and resolving issues as they arise. Coordinate deliveries, logistics and site access. Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised working environment. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure works comply with relevant standards and requirements. Manage health and safety on site, including RAMS, inductions, toolbox talks and site inspections.
