Financial Accountant Location: St. AlbansReporting to: Head of FinanceSalary: 60k per annumType: Full time, HybridDovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in St. Albans.Role PurposeLead the preparation and delivery of year-end annual financial reports.Ensure accurate and compliant financial accounting across the organisation.Support the Head of Finance with day-to-day financial operations and key projects.ResponsibilitiesTake full responsibility for the production of annual statutory accounts and financial statements.Manage all aspects of financial reporting and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial data.Work closely with auditors and act as the main point of contact during audits.Provide financial insight and analysis to support decision-making across the organisation.
