**Core Responsibilities**

The role will work directly into the Head of the London Agency, with strong links to the Creative Director. **Natural collaborator** demonstrable experience working as one team in an integrated way with Art Directors and into a CD. Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is an organisation that focuses on delivering best-in-class campaigns, insight driven and fit for purpose solutions across the LEGO group. The global development is driven out of The LEGO Groups head Quarter in Billund, Denmark. Location wise OLA also has offices in Copenhagen, Boston, London, Singapore and Shanghai. Experience delivering outstanding design in an integrated agency, including leadership of brand and digital campaigns.

Deep knowledge of brand design, campaign systems, and digital platforms, with strong technical fluency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
