Senior Quantity Surveyor – Division: UK Construction – Location: KentSenior Quantity Surveyors, are you ready to embark on a new journey? Do you want to join a thriving regional contractor? Projects on average range between £5 - £20 million and the sectors include: Leisure, Justice, Defence, Education, Health and Commercial schemes.Responsibilities

Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project deliveryWorking alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectorsManaging the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreementBeing involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcomeQualifications / Experience

Main contractor experience as the SQS within the Construction spaceExperience of different contract formsExperience on projects ranging between £5m to £20mHow to apply
