, and staff training.Strategic IT LeadershipDevelop and deliver the IT strategy in alignment with organisational goalsAdvise senior leadership on IT enhancements and digital transformationLead IT projects and change programmes ensuring value and successful deliveryContribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planningIT Operations ManagementOversee support for enterprise systems including library management, CRM, accounting, productivity, and collaboration softwareEnsure cybersecurity protocols, backups, and IT policies are in place and regularly reviewedAdminister physical and virtual server infrastructure and manage Windows-based networksMaintain network, DNS, domain, email systems, and telephone systemsProvide end-user support and training for staff and membersManage PC, printer, scanner support and peripherals, including software (Windows, Office, Outlook)Maintain and develop audio-visual systemsManage databases with strong SQL capability for integrations, data quality, reporting, and performance optimisationCompliance and Data ProtectionAct as the lead on GDPR and data protection complianceTeam Management and TrainingManage the Systems Administrator and IT AssistantSupport staff onboarding and ongoing training on IT systemsOversee documentation and guides to ensure smooth IT operationsDegree or professional qualification in IT, IT Management, or related fieldProven experience managing both cloud and on-premises IT environmentsStrong SQL and database experience essential
