Define and evolve Accurxs IT strategy, vision, and roadmap, aligning technology decisions with long-term business goals through engagement with senior stakeholders.Create the IT teams operational plan, set SMART OKRs aligned with business priorities, and ensure cross-functional dependencies are clear.Ensure the security, reliability, scalability, and performance of IT systems, collaborating with the CISO and Security Engineering team.Manage the IT budget effectively, optimise costs, and oversee vendor relationships to balance strategic initiatives and operational needs.Drive adoption of new workplace technologies to improve productivity and foster a culture of innovation within the IT team.Deliver exceptional IT support focused on responsiveness and long-term solutions, enhancing collaboration and productivity.Define, measure, and report on IT KPIs, showcasing team impact and driving continuous improvement.Maintain a deep understanding of IT systems to inform strategy and prioritisation.Lead strategic, cross-functional IT projects with significant business impact.Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing IT team, ensuring resources meet strategic needs.Plan resourcing and drive hiring to support IT strategy and delivery.Working in IT at Accurx is challenging, yet rewarding.
