The Role: We re seeking an experienced Site Agent from a Civil Engineering background to manage the construction and delivery of various projects, ensuring high standards of health, safety, quality, and cost control. You ll work closely with the Contracts Manager, Project Manager, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality. Key Responsibilities: Oversee successful delivery of civil, water, rail and other complex engineering projects. Manage project programmes and produce 2-week lookaheads. Ensure commercial performance and maximise project value. Produce and implement Project Plans, RAMS, ITPs, Lifting Plans and Waste Management Plans. Lead site meetings, maintain accurate records, and produce reports. Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships. Manage subcontractors and site resources effectively.
