We are currently working in partnership with a public sector organisation based in Wiltshire, who are recruiting for a Strategic HR Business Partner on a temporary basis until the end of March 2026 when the budget will be reviewed.This role offers a day rate of £550 via an umbrella company and will be on a hybrid basis, with three days working from home and mandatory office attendance on Wednesdays. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with flexibility.The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR leader with the ability to operate as a senior strategic advisor, balancing organisational development and people strategy.
