HR Business Partner

Role: HR Business Partner Type: Interim - 5 months contract Salary: Up to 550 per day Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid (1-2 days in the office) Location: Wiltshire Sellick Partnership is partnering with a local authority in Swindon to recruit an HR Business Partner on an interim basis. The Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner will include:Supporting delivery of the council''s people strategy.Acting as a strategic HR and organisational development advisor to senior leaders across complex HR issues.Leading organisational design, workforce planning, and change management programmes.Collaborating on talent, succession planning, and leadership development strategies.Championing culture and engagement initiatives to embed a values-driven, high-performance culture.Providing coaching, guidance, and risk-based advice to senior managers.Driving performance management and capability building across teams.Commissioning and interpreting HR analytics to inform evidence-based decisions.Ensuring HR policy, practice, and procedures are consistently applied.Building positive relationships with stakeholders, trade unions, and external partners.Deputising for the Head of HR Operations as required and contributing to succession planning within the HR Operations team.
