Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location: Pershore (Office Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a busy team on a full-time, office-based basis in Pershore. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day bookkeeping function and play a key role in producing accurate and timely financial information to support the business.
Key Responsibilities:

- Managing all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping.
- Maintaining and reconciling purchase and sales ledgers (accounts payable and receivable).
- Processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Preparing and completing bank reconciliations.
- Producing monthly management accounts and assisting with financial reporting.
- Monitoring cash flow and supporting with budgeting/forecasting.
- Liaising with external accountant as required.
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Proven bookkeeping experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Xero accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
