Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently handling claims and engaging in market calls with a variety of stakeholders. Managing relationships with underwriters, brokers, and insureds, while also providing support to senior management.Mentoring and teaching a trainee claims adjuster, sharing non-technical claims handling knowledge.Managing a caseload primarily featuring credit and political risk claims, with exposure to political violence and crisis management. Covering a broad range of territories, from Europe and the UK to emerging markets in Africa and South America. Key RequirementsStrong claims handling experience, demonstrating technical proficiency, thoroughness, and a deep understanding of policy language.
