We are seeking an experienced projects and infrastructure lawyer to join a leading UK energy and infrastructure business as Senior Legal Counsel. This is a high-profile role supporting major infrastructure, transport and renewable energy projects, including offshore wind, solar and hydrogen developments.Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice across the full lifecycle of large-scale infrastructure and energy projectsDraft, review and negotiate EPC, OandM and related commercial contractsSupport on PPP/PFI projects and other concession agreementsAdvise on project development matters including land, planning and regulatory aspectsAssist with large-scale infrastructure financings and liaise with external counsel as requiredWork closely with commercial, engineering and finance teams to deliver projects on time and within budgetManage external legal advisers effectively and ensure value for moneyContribute to legal team know-how, templates and best practice guidanceAbout You

UK-qualified solicitor with around 5–10 years’ PQETrained private practice with subsequent in-house experience in the infrastructure, energy or renewables sectorStrong track record in EPC, OandM and project development contractsExperience with PPP/PFI and project financing structuresKnowledge of regulatory issues relating to energy and renewables an advantageCommercially minded, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, project-driven environmentStrong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teamsWhy Join
