At KFH we are looking for a senior property manager to join our lettings property management team in Wimbledon.Are you an experienced Property Manager? Are you ARLA qualified? Management of a portfolio of properties relating to one or two branchesWork with the branch to prepare properties for a new tenanciesSupervise tenants maintenance requestsEnsure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirementsVisit properties at least twice a yearOversee refurbishment and other larger worksNegotiate the swift return of depositsDeliver excellent customer service and communicationBuild trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants and contractorsKFH are committed to creating an environment in which our property managers can thrive.
