You will provide high quality legal advice on the full range of private client matters whilst acting as a trusted advisor to clients. The role requires the delivery of technically excellent advice with the ability to guide clients on long-term strategic planning, alongside changing economic and political environments. Upholding the highest level of client service at all times is essential. A detailed understanding of the legal intricacies of the following areas are required: • Tax and trust Work • Business succession planning • Capital Gains Tax ( CGT ) advice • Estate and succession planning • Inheritance Tax ( IHT ) planning • All aspects of preparing Wills • Post-death variations • Trust creation and trust administration • Trust tax and estate administration and tax compliance.
