This position offers an excellent opportunity for a driven lawyer to work on a broad and high-quality caseload across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, acting exclusively for employer clients. Description Advising employer clients on a wide range of employment law issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, redundancies, restructures, and day-to-day HR matters.Drafting employment contracts, consultancy agreements, policies, settlement agreements, and other HR documentation.Handling Employment Tribunal claims from instruction to hearing, including drafting pleadings and witness statements and managing disclosure.Providing employment support on corporate transactions, including due diligence and drafting warranties and indemnities.Assisting with sensitive matters such as senior exits, investigations, TUPE issues, and complex employment disputes.Building strong client relationships and contributing to the team''s business development efforts.
