Your new role Advise a wide range of clients including business owners, senior executives, HR teams, in-house counsel and public/private sector organisations.Handle the full breadth of employment matters, including drafting employment documentation, advising on employee relations issues (disciplinary, grievance, performance), and managing Employment Tribunal claims - often involving complex whistleblowing and discrimination matters.Support on corporate transactions, including due diligence and TUPE-related advice.Assist in running internal workplace investigations.Build and nurture strong client relationships, contributing to the team''s reputation for technical excellence and commercial insight.Work collaboratively with colleagues across other departments and support business development initiatives.
