We’re looking for a dynamic and driven
Electrical Contracts Manager
to oversee the delivery of electrical contracts and EICR programmes across a wide range of social housing projects. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage multiple electrical contracts across the region.Plan, organise, and schedule resources effectively to meet project timelines.Monitor project progress and financial performance against KPIs.Ensure full compliance with current electrical regulations and health and safety standards.Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and a positive experience.Manage and support a team of electricians and subcontractors, conducting site audits and quality checks.Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation as required.Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, safety, and client satisfaction.What You’ll Need
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent in Inspection and TestingAM2Proven experience managing electrical contracts, ideally in the social housing sector.Strong knowledge of electrical compliance and safety regulations.Excellent leadership, planning, and organisational skills.Clear, professional communication and client liaison experience.Full UK driving licence.What We Offer
£55,000 – £60,000 per year
