You will empower young people, parents, and carers by helping them access necessary services and navigate challenges related to CSE.Key Responsibilities:Deliver direct support and intervention to children and young people at risk of CSE.Develop and implement safety plans and risk assessments in collaboration with young people, their families, and other professionals.Build strong working relationships with young people, their parents, and carers within the community.Actively engage in multi-agency working to ensure coordinated support for young people at risk.Communicate effectively with young people, families, and external agencies, both orally and in writing.Use IT ..... full job details .....
