Your New RoleAs the CorporateHealth and Safety Manager, you will act as the organisation''s competentperson and subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with health and safetylegislation. You''ll develop and implement corporate HandS policies, deliverbespoke training, and create strategies that foster a culture of safety andwellbeing. Your responsibilities will include:Advising senior leaders and managers on health and safety matters.Preparing and reviewing policies and procedures to minimise risk.Investigating incidents, reporting under RIDDOR where necessary, and recommending preventative measures.Managing and analysing HandS data to identify trends and inform decision-making.Leading initiatives to promote physical and mental wellbeing.Delivering training sessions to empower staff and managers in meeting their HandS obligations.This role includesline management responsibilities and requires collaboration with internal andexternal stakeholders. What You''ll Need to SucceedNEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent Level 6 qualification.Strong knowledge of HandS legislation, risk assessment methodologies, and best practice.At least 3 years'' ..... full job details .....
