Cherry Ventures , with Cherry Ventures supporting the portfolio for this hire. Phoebe is a VC-funded startup transforming how software engineering teams improve the reliability of complex systems. Our AI agents help to detect, diagnose and fix software problems to reduce errors and downtime. As Phoebe progresses from private beta with 20 early customers to a full launch, we are hiring our first sales teammates to build the go-to-market function.
Location: London preferred; other European-time-zone locations considered.
Responsibilities
As our Senior Account Executive you’ll start as a hands-on IC, owning the full funnel—from hypothesis-driven outbound experiments to executive-level close. You’ll create the processes, playbooks and metrics, then recruit and mentor the next wave of AEs as player-coach.
Craft and iterate targeted sequences that help CTOs, VPs Eng and SRE leads learn how Phoebe can help them.
Run deeply consultative discovery, quantifying risk and ROI with live product demos and data-backed case studies.
Partner tightly with Product Operations to feedback market intelligence, influence roadmap and co-author thought-leadership content.
Build pipeline management best practices and help us make predictable investments in expanding the GTM team and tooling.
Qualifications
Substantial experience closing high value deals in B2B SaaS or AI applications - ideally in startups where your logo wasn’t yet well known enough to open doors easily.
Evidence of grit. You’ve had an exceptional past achievement already, whether in academic, professional or sporting worlds.
True intellectual curiosity to learn about how engineering orgs are maintaining, breaking and fixing complex systems.
Fluency with GTM AI tooling: you’ve iterated on complex GPT prompts, automated lead enrichment, or connected Gong calls to a personal coaching assistant.
Ambition to found or lead a company one day.
