This is a hands-on role supporting enterprise-scale Windows, VMware, Azure, and backup environments across a complex multi-site estate. You''ll take ownership of patching, backup operations, virtual machine lifecycle management, infrastructure changes, and technical escalations, playing a key role in maintaining the availability, security, and performance of critical customer environments.
