As part of the established engineering team, you''ll play a pivotal role in expanding the Technical Due Diligence service line, while also supporting other verticals. You''ll work on landmark properties and prestigious portfolios across the UK and Europe.What You''ll Do

Deliver Technical Due Diligence, dilapidations and PPM projects across high–profile commercial assetsBuild relationships with blue–chip investors, developers and asset managersLead site inspections, technical reporting and client presentationsHelp drive sustainability into the TDD process – energy, carbon and decarbonisation insightsShape and grow a profitable service line alongside senior leadershipWhat We''re Looking For

Degree–qualified in Building Services / Engineering (or equivalent experience)Minimum 3 years'' post–qualification experience within building services/MEPStrong experience in Technical Due Diligence and dilapidationsClient–facing confidence with excellent communication skillsAmbition to achieve Chartered Engineer status (support provided)Innovative, commercially aware, and passionate about sustainabilityWhat''s in it for you?
